I’m having trouble logging onto my account. Who can help me with this?

You can have a new password sent automaticly to your email as long as you know the email account you signed up with or you can email us at info@inshoreoffshore.com and we will reset it for you.

Do you have sizing information?

We will have all our sizing information and availability on our Apparel page. http://www.inshoreoffshore.com/shop/

Which credit cards do you accept?

InshoreOffshore.com processes customer payments via PayPal using credit/debit card: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. PayPal account is not required. InshoreOffshore does not accept personal checks or any other form of payment at this time. InshoreOffshore reserves the right to refuse sale to any party for any reason deemed necessary. You may contact InshoreOffshore directly with any questions regarding forms of payment.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Only on Apparel if you are in the State of Florida.

What if an item I ordered is not available?

We will have one custom ordered and shipped to you ASAP.

Can I place an order over the phone?

You may, but we prefer online.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, but only on a case by case basis. Please call or email.

Do you offer rain checks for sales items?

We don’t  foresee this being a problem but will offer it if the item is still available.

Do you offer personalization?

We can personalize anything within our means.

What is your return policy?

There may be some cases or situations in which InshoreOffshore agrees to accept the return or exchange of an item. If this is the case, customer will incur return shipping and handling charges as well as up to a 15% restocking fee. Any authorized refund will be credited within 30 days. There will be absolutely no returns or exchanges past 15 days of the item delivery date, and the honoring of any return, exchange or refund is at the discretion of InshoreOffshore. Return instructions will only be provided after a determination has been made by InshoreOffshore.

How do I track my package?

We use PayPal for invoicing and USPS for shipment. We will email you tracking information if you desire.

Can I change/add to my order after it has been submitted?

If you can call or email us before we ship you order, sure.

How do I become a link on the InshoreOffshore site or link the InshoreOffshore site to my site?

Sign up by clicking on ‘Add Place’ or ‘Add Event’ or contact us and we can do it for you.

Can I use graphics from the InshoreOffshore site on my site?

How do I upgrade my plan?

Simply click on your own listing and click ‘UPGRADE LISTING’ in top right of your screen.

Will InshoreOffshore donate to our benefit tournament (dinner, etc.)?

We are willing to help in anyway that fits our means.

Will InshoreOffshore sponsor my team or event?

Contact us and we can hopefully build a reputation together.

I am browsing/shopping on your site and encounter errors/problems.  What should I do?

Our site is designed to retain any information that was on your screen at the time of the error. You can either click on the page you want to go back to or contact us if there is a serious problem.
